hello im new to using yugioh wiki but my friend told me to ask you. my question is do you have to reveal dragon rulers when you use there effs in hand like abyssmegalo,High Priestess of Prophecy i was playing at my locals and they used blaster i chained mind crush to the eff of blaster cept they did not reveal when i told them you had to reveal they said they didnt because it was a cost so they dont reveal. which makes no sense because of dragon rulers are not a inherit summon i then refer them to the way abyssmegalo works you have to reveal after you paid the cost because it starts a chain. to get to the point i think this a super basic ruling but there is no ruling stating that dragon rulers have to reveal them self for eff and was hoping someone can post it on this wiki forum thing. my local judges dismissed everything i said because they could not find anything on any such ruling in this wiki so my friend told me to come here and ask about it. --[[User:Gamefreakyoshi|Gamefreakyoshi]] ([[User talk:Gamefreakyoshi|talk]] • [[Special:Contributions/Gamefreakyoshi|contribs]]) 17:23, November 4, 2013 (UTC)
