Card Trivia:Sanga of the Thunder

7 bytes added, 10 years ago
cleanup, thunder symbol is not on "Sanga's" chest: the eyes are located below the symbol, ergo this is the forehead.
* The Bandai version of this card belongs to the "Black Magic" family (which can be considered as a DARK Spellcaster-Type) whereas Konami's version is a Thunder-Type monster.
* "Sanga " makes up the torso and arms of Gate Guardian.
* It This is the largest piece of Gate Guardian.
:*This card's ATK is exactly 100 more than the second largest part of Gate Guardian and 200 more than the third largest part.
* The symbol on its chest forehead means "Thunder".
* This is one of the component for components of "Gate Guardian" whose Type refers to its element, as it is the "Thunder God" and a Thunder-Type monster, Suijin is the "Water God" and an Aqua-Type monster, but "Kazejin", the "Wind God", is a Spellcaster-Type monster rather than a Winged-Beast-Type monster.
* This card is the only component of Gate Guardian with a different English naming format than the other two. In Japanese the components are called: "Thunder Devil - Sanga", "Wind Devil - Hyuga", and "Water Devil - Suga". "Sanga" is the only one who kept its "name"; where the other two were named for their element ("Kaze"/"Sui" is wind/water respectively) and "jin" a Japanese word meaning "god".
