- Most tokens cannot be used as a Tribute. However, Fiend's Sanctuary does not carry that limit. Therefore, use Fiend's Sanctuary to Special Summon its Token and Tribute that Token immediately for a stronger monster (such as the Monarchs).
- It, unlike most tokens, does not limit any other kind of summoning as well, potentially allowing you to bring out something powerful in one turn.
- "Staunch Defender" is a good card to be combined with this card. Force your opponent's monster to attack it and deal as much damage as you can like equipping "Mist Body".
- This card can aid in Synchro Summoning, if you are one Level short of a powerful Synchro like Stardust Dragon.
- This card card can be used as tribute to activate Crush Card Virus.
- This card card can be used as tribute to Keep Yubel on the Field.
