- Play "Chorus of Sanctuary" to raise "Thousand Needles"'s DEF to 2300 allowing it to destroy most commonly played monsters that don't require tributes.
- You can use "Battle Mania" and card's like "Raregold Armor" to force your opponent's monsters to attack this monster.
- You can further expand this combo with cards to increase this card's DEF or lower your opponent's ATK, like "Burden of the Mighty"
- Activate "Fairy Box" when your opponent attacks and you will have a 50/50 chance of destroying the monster and inflicting 1800 damage.
