Yubel used this card. In the anime, it could be Special Summoned from the grave during your End Phase even if there were Spells and Traps on the field.

In episode 40 during a flashback, this was Summoned to Hideo's side of the field. Hideo then received a phone call and told Akiza he had to leave. This angered Akiza and she used "Rose Flame" inflicting 500 damage to Hideo. Her powers took effect for the first time and Hideo was thrown back against a wall.
