::::When was Nevermind, I looked at the last time Errata for Blue -Eyes get English Toon Dragon and it looks like it changed between the Legendary Collection World Mega Pack and Duelist Pack: Battle City. Toon Mermaid and Manga Ryu-Ran haven't been released since Legendary Collection 3: Yugi's World Mega Pack while Toon Summoned Skull was last released in Legendary Collection 4: Joey's World Mega Pack which added the "This card is always treated as an "Archfiend" card before it got updated ." bit that was also given to Class A? regular Summoned Skull.
