Changes

I'm not sure what the 2015 Perfect Rulebook says, but the rulebook available on yugioh-card.com (which is a [[Link Monster]] rulebook) only states that monsters whose [[Level]]s are between the Pendulum Scales can be Pendulum Summoned, with no mention of [[Rank]]s. Additionally, most (if not all) Xyz Pendulum Monsters (including [[Odd-Eyes Rebellion Dragon]], a monster from [[Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V]]) have [[Pendulum Summoning condition]]s that are equal to their Rank. :What I was trying to say was that both of these facts heavily imply, if not outright confirm, that the Pendulum Summoning mechanic doesn't actually look at Ranks, and that the only reason Xyz Pendulum Monsters can be Pendulum Summoned is because of their Pendulum Summoning condition.
