"Eccentric Boy":

This card goes well with any Deck that wants a monster(s) in their hand to be in the Graveyard instead.

This card is ideal to Summon Synchro Monsters without effects, like "Scrap Archfiend" and "Gaia Knight, the Force of Earth".

Combo this card with "Imperial Iron Wall". This is useful for cards like "Colossal Fighter", whose effect activates in the Graveyard.

This card works well with "Angel of Zera", which will later Special Summon itself if it "leaves the field" in any way.

This card works well with Level 8 monsters, such as Gimmick Puppets, to Synchro Summon "Star Eater".

With the new level 9, 10, and 11 synchros coming out, this would be great in a Malefic Synchro Deck.
