An Ultra Secret Rare (ウルトラシークレットレア Urutora Shīkuretto Rea) has the Ultra Rare foil over the image, but has the sparkly silver card name of a Secret Rare.
In the OCG, this rarity is used by all cards in the V Jump August 1999 Special Present, the original [Limited Edition (set)|]], the Official Guide Starter Book promotional card, and the Duel Monsters II tournament meeting experience promotional card.
In the TCG, the only card to printed in this rarity is the Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Special Edition version of "Elemental HERO Wildheart". A run of "2004 Collectors Tins" was also misprinted as Ultra Secret Rare.
On the Official Card Database, this rarity is labelled as Secret Rare.
