- This card can be searched via "Stygian Security", "One for One", "Mystic Tomato", "Sangan", "Witch of the Black Forest", and "Last Will".
- This card can be sent to the Graveyard with "Armageddon Knight", "Dark Grepher", "Foolish Burial", or "Painful Choice". "Reasoning", "Monster Gate" and "Magical Merchant" can also be used.
- You can make a great combo with "Hand Destruction". Active it during your Draw Phase, and you will be able to Special Summon "Steelswarm Scout" and sacrifice it for a "Steelswarm" monster during that turn.
- After you activate this card's effect, this card is not the best Tribute for "Steelswarm Mantis", since its effect will prevent you from Special Summoning another monster during that turn.
