if i have my "a legendary ocean" active in my field spell zone, and a "terrorking salmon" in my hand (being a level 4 while in my hand due to "a legendary ocean"), may i activate "faustian bargain" and special summon my "terrorking salmon" (a normal lv 5 monster) from my hand since its current level is 4 or does "faustian bargain" look at the original level?
