- This card can be searched by "Dogu", "Single Purchase", "Temple of the Kings", "Transmodify", "Broken Blocker", "Chaos Zone", "Dragodies, the Empowered Warrior", "Exchange of Night and Day", "Galaxy Expedition" and another "Photon Caesar".
- This card can be Tribute Summoned with one Tribute using "Kaiser Sea Horse" and "The First Monarch".
- Combine with "Cyber Dragon" and "Advance Force".
- Using this card right alongside "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon", you can easily Xyz Summon "Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon".
- You can use "Inverse Universe" to switch these monsters' ATK, giving you two monsters with 2800 ATK.
- This card combos well with "Mausoleum of the Emperor" due to "Photon Caesar" not having to be Tribute Summoned to get its effect, just having to be Normal Summoned.
- This card, along with "Illusory Snatcher" when Normal (Tribute) Summoned, can give an instant access to "Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon".
- After using this card's effect to Special Summon another one from your Deck, activate "DNA Surgery" and make your monsters Machine-Type—you can then use "Limiter Removal" to double the ATK of each "Caesar" to 4000 and achieve a possible OTK with just four cards.
- If the former "Caesar" gets hit by a card that doesn't negate summoning, the least you could do to hold out until your next turn would be to summon the latter Caesar in defense position as a 2800 DEF blocker.
