Anime effect needs correcting
It would seem the Anime effect of this card should be "make this card's ATK 0, then special summon NOT 1, but as many Umbral Horror monsters with 0 ATK from your hand as you want", since Vector used it for instance in episode 96 to summon 2 will-o-wsips.
