"Elemental HERO Neo Bubbleman":

This is one of the few monsters whose Special Summon requires a specific Spell Card, but does not require that Spell Card's effect.

This card, along with "Elemental HERO Air Neos" and "Elemental HERO Neos Knight", are the only "HERO" monsters that have yet to be released following the re-rendering of the archetype from "Hero" to "HERO".
With "Metamorphosis" being Forbidden in the Advanced Format, this is the only card in the game that can only be summoned through the effect of "A Wild Monster Appears!".
