"Hysteric Party":

"Harpie Queen" increases the usability of this card, since it is treated as "Harpie Lady" in the Graveyard. So you can use this card to summon up to five Harpies at once.

You can discard a "Harpie" for this card's cost and Special Summon it with its effect.

"Harpie Cards" that are special summoned by this card effect are considered 1 special summon during the turn they are summoned. For cards like Card of Safe Return, you can only draw 1 card. Even if more then 1 "Harpie Lady" card are special summoned from the graveyard.
