- This card can be searched by "Elemental HERO Shadow Mist", "Masked HERO Anki", "Quick Booster", "Spell Calling", "Mecha Phantom Beast Jaculuslan", and other generic searchers.
- Since this card sends to the Graveyard instead of Tributing, an opponent's monster can be taken control using "Mind Control" and use this card on it to get out one of your "Masked HEROs" while removing one of your opponent's monsters.
- A Token can be used to fulfill this card's effect, as it's not a requirement that the monster reaches the Graveyard.
- Summon "Armageddon Knight", activate its effect to send "Elemental HERO Shadow Mist" to the Graveyard, use the effect of "Shadow Mist" to search "Destiny HERO - Malicious"; activate this card to Summon "Masked HERO Dark Law" by sending "Armageddon Knight" to the Graveyard, and discarding "Malicious". The effect of "Malicious" can then be used to Summon another copy of it and be able to Summon a Rank 6 Xyz Monster.
- Since this card does not require to the targeted monster to be a "HERO" monster, it is also very useful in non-"HERO" Decks, mainly those ones with a wide variety of Attributes, such as "Yang Zing", "Sylvan", etc.
- By using the Attribute changing effect of "Homunculus the Alchemic Being", this card can be used to Summon any "Masked HERO".
- This card can be used in a "Fabled" Deck to both Summon "Masked HERO Koga" and activate the effect of the monster that was discarded.
