"Darkworld Shackles":

This card has no relation to the Dark World Archetype.

The concept of this card is brutal:

The shackles have red tentacles that inject a vicious venom upon the soles and tops of the victim's feet while crushing the ankles.

The huge ball is used either to flatten the foot or attack those wishing to save the victim.

These concepts apply to the card's effects.

The first effect 'neutralises the monster' (preventing it from attacking and making ATK 100)

The second effect punishes the monster's controller as if they were wishing to save their monster.

For some reason on certain OCG artworks, the victim's foot is actually flattened and covered by the ball.
