"Toon Masked Sorcerer":

When used in a Toon deck, Equip "Toon Masked Sorcerer" with "Twin Swords of Flashing Light - Tryce" to allow yourself to draw 2 cards instead of 1 every battle phase. You can also equip it with "Heart of Clear Water" or "Mist Body" so that this card becomes virtually indestructible.

You can combo "Solemn Wishes" to offset the Cost of attacking with certain other Toon Monsters.

This card can be searched by "Sangan", "Last Will" and "Witch of the Black Forest".
