"E - Emergency Call":

Jaden Yuki first used this card in his duel against Abidos. He uses it to add "Elemental HERO Sparkman" from his Deck to his hand. Jaden later removes this card from play to activate "HERO Flash!!".

Jaden next used this card in his duel against Sartorius. He uses it to add "Elemental HERO Avian" from his Deck to his hand. Jaden later banishes this card to activate "HERO Flash!!".

Jaden sets this card during his third duel with Zane Truesdale, but does not activate it as it was destroyed by the effect of "Armored Cybern". After making notes about "Spark Blaster" and "Hero Barrier", Zane notes to Jaden that if "Sparkman" was not in his hand(it was actually in his hand already, but Zane didn't know at that point), then he could have used this card to add it from his Deck to his hand.

Jaden later used this card in his duel against Taigo Sorano. After this card was activated, "Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8"'s effect negated the effect of this card and destroyed it. Jaden however wanted this to happen as he then banished this card to summon "Spell Striker".

This card is seen in Jaden's Deck when Sartorius is shown slipping "Arcana Force 0 - The Fool" into it.

During Jaden's second Duel against Sartorius, Jaden is forced to send this card from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard via the effect of "Sowing of the Fool".
