- Use "DNA Surgery" to change all cards on the field to Machine-Type and use them as Fusion Material.
- Another useful way to summon this card is to activate Scapegoat and DNA Surgery during your opponent's end phase, and then summon Proto Cyber Dragon during your Main Phase 1 in order to summon Chimeratech Fortress Dragon with 5000atk
