I'm a big fan of esoteric decks too. I just make new and bizarre decks for fun, in my spare time. And I have comments for each of your decks:

Dragon Synchro: I think you should have 3 Magma Dragos, and 3 Masked Dragons to search them out.
Diabolos/Sky Scourges: I'd put Kuriboh/Winged Kuriboh into that deck for sure, with The Flute of Summoning Kuriboh as a search card. They're both perfect for the deck and really easy to search. Also, you could use Mausoleum of the Emperor to easily summon Diabolos.
