- This card along with "Drill Synchron", "Drill Warrior", "Splendid Rose", "Archfiend Chaos King" and "Rose Bird" were made into anime cards as a result of a drawing competition, as seen in the previews of episode 74, episode 75, episode 76, episode 77 and episode 78.
- Cleanen is based off a steam cleaner/vaccum, though its alternate form isn't featured in the background strangely.
- This cards effects could be based off of a real vacuum's features: Attack Position for blowing outward, and Defense Position for sucking in.
