• Control opponent's Scrap Dragon and use that effect to destroy itself and one opponent's card (It is recommended to use this effect when your opponent no control Monster).

• After use this card's effect, wait the End Phase to destroy the Monster Summoned by this effect and Summon one of Meklord Emperors.
