If a player has absolute crusader on the field and the opponent special summons a monster with an ignition effect such as BLS, Chaos Sorcerer, Judgment Dragon etc, and absolute crusader effect kicks in first as mandatory, does the opponent miss timing to use his/her priority?

Crusader's Mandatory Trigger Effect would activate first. Since you can't chain to an effect with a Spell Speed 1 effect, JD and the funky bunch die before they can do anything. See also: Card Rulings:King Tiger Wanghu. 207.233.120.2 (talk) 16:01, October 19, 2011 (UTC)
