Forum:Black Rose Dragon 2nd eff

I was dueling and someone used the Black Rose Dragon's 2nd effect on my face up attack monster claiming that it's attack was now 0. I stated the ruling that if it was not changed to attack position by his dragon's effect then my monster's attack was not 0. He then decided to pull the "That's a previously official ruling" BS, which is incredibly stupid... because if we go by rulings based solely on this page http://www.yugioh-card.com/en/gameplay/index.html then there aren't even ANY ruling for packs pre Crimson Crisis.
