Hi. I was playing a Chain Burn Deck and ran into an issue. "Stealth Bird" survived an attack. Then, on its owner's turn, he flipped it face-down, Flip Summoned it, and wanted to flip it face-down again.
According to Reverse of Arcadia, this is illegal. I wanted to know if this was the case for the real-life TCG as well. 207.233.120.2 (talk) 19:20, January 24, 2012 (UTC)
