i use a monster that have piercing damage and attack a defend position monster , does it considered to be effect activated and can it be negate and destroy by using divine wrath ?
The effects of monsters to inflict piercing damage are continuous effects. They do not activate, they are continuously applied. Therefore, Divine Wrath can't be activated in response.--Hide Head Turtle 13:29, May 3, 2010 (UTC) true but can they be negated by skill drain
