• Mai Valentine uses "Cyber Harpie Lady" as a replacement of her original "Harpie Lady" in anime version of Battle City.

• Mai used the card againest Jean Claude Magnum, and won.

• Mai special summoned Cyber Harpie Lady with Dramatic Rescue against Marik Ishtar. She then used Elegant Egoist to multiply it and to tribute the 3 to Summon The Winged Dragon of Ra. Ra was summoned in Sphere mode and she could not take control of it since she could not read the heratic text.

• In the Virtual World, Joey Wheeler took this card, along with Harpie's Feather Duster in his deck. When he saw the Cyber Harpie in the list of cards, he remembered how much Mai loved that card and picked her for "good luck". It was a reminder of his promise to save Mai from the Shadow Realm.

• Mai uses the card in her second duel againest Joey Wheeler in the Doma Arc.

• After Dartz is defeated, Valon wakes up to find that Mai has already left, but left behind this card as a keepsake.
