• In the Virtual World Arc, in episode 102, Yugi and Yami are trapped in a black empty room with white doorways leading off. Above each door was a star, representing a monster's level. Yugi summoned Winged Dragon, Guardian of the Fortress #1 and attacked the door, revealing a Sinister Serpent to be behind it.
• The KC DuelTek 760 uses this card against Yami Yugi.
• Grandpa uses this card against Joey Wheeler in the KC Grand Prix.
