Her Wording

From the way she's worded, it would make sense that she triggers BEFORE the damage step no? in the same manner as Ally of Justice Catastor.

The ruling is from Konami, and it is translated correctly.

Can't say the same for the translation of Madolche Puddingcess however. It's much closer to something like Unifrog.

If anything, it's the lore at Madolche Puddingcess which needs to the re-translated, not the ruling here.
