- With the release of Harpie Queen, including this card in your deck is strictly optional. However, the trap-negation ability of Triangle Ecstasy Spark may prove very useful if you are unable to use Harpies' Hunting Ground to destroy your opponent's Trap Cards. If you happen to have 3 copies of Elegant Egotist and have already used 2 to summon other Harpies, use the third for this card.
- Keep in mind that this card is a dead draw. It is absolutely useless to have her in your end, since Elegant Egotist can summon this monster even if it is still in your deck. Watch the pros and the cons before putting one (or many) Harpie Lady Sisters in your deck.
- Of course, you must never have more Harpie Lady Sisters that Elegant Egotist in your deck, since it is impossible to summon without the use of this Spell Card.
