- "Spellbinding Circle" and "Swords of Revealing Light" are featured in this card's artwork. The irony is that Swords is unlikely to be face-down and Spellbinding Circle can be activated to be saved from destruction on the monster who is losing the equip.
- This card is essentially a Harpie's Feather Duster with a cost that only destroys face-down cards.
- This card's name and effect seems related to Release Restraint and Gearfried the Swordmaster. The Swordmaster's effect triggers when equipped with a equip spell and this card's effect requires tributing a equip spell to activate.
