"Elemental HERO Flare Neos":
  • Jaden Yuki first used this card in his third duel with Aster Phoenix. It is summoned by returning "Elemental HERO Neos" and "Neo-Spacian Flare Scarab" to his Deck. This card then gained 500 ATK from "Neo Space". Since there are three Spells and/or Traps out, this card gained 1200 more ATK. Jaden then has this card attack "Destiny HERO - Dogma", but Aster activates "D - Shield" to switch "Dogma" into Defense Positon and equip it with "D - Shield". Due to "D - Shield"'s other effect, "Dogma" is not destroyed by the attack. This card gained 400 more ATK when Aster activated "Heavy Storm Blade". This card is then attacked by "Dogma" equipped with "Heavy Storm Blade". "Heavy Storm Blade"'s effect then activates, destroying all other Spells and Traps before the attack hits. This causes this card's ATK to decrease to 2900. The attack then slams onto this card, but this causes (to Aster's shock) "Heavy Storm Blade" to crack. Jaden then reveals that his destroyed set card was "Spell Calling". As it was destroyed by a Spell Card controlled by Aster, its effect activates, allowing Jaden to set two new face-down cards. This in turn increases this card's ATK to 3700. Because of this, this card counterattacks and destroys "Dogma", winning Jaden the duel.
  • In episode 68, this card is shown when Jaden is showing his new cards to his friends.
  • In episode 70, this card appears in a flashback Sartorius has when he notes to himself Jaden managed to defeat Aster even though the cards predicted Jaden would lose.
  • Jaden next used this card in his second duel against Alexis Rhodes. It is summoned by returning "Neos" and "Flare Scarab" to his Deck. Since there are three Spells/Traps out, this card gained 1200 ATK. This card then destroys "White Night Dragon", winning Jaden the duel.
  • Jaden later used this card in his first duel against Jesse Anderson. It is summoned by returning "Neos" and "Flare Scarab" to his Deck. Since there were three Spells/Traps on the field when this card was summoned, it gained 1200 ATK. Jaden then activates "Neo Space" whose effect increases this card's ATK by 500 due to its effect. This card then gained 400 more ATK since another Spell/Trap was now on the field. This card then attacks "Crystal Beast Amethyst Cat", but Jesse activates "Last Resort", activating "Ancient City - Rainbow Ruins" from his Deck. This in turn destroys "Neo Space", removing the boost this card from the former card. Since a Spell/Trap left the field, this card loses 400 ATK. The attack continues, destroying "Amethyst Cat". Jesse then used "Ancient City - Rainbow Ruins"'s effect to halve the Battle Damage he took from the attack. This card goes back to Jaden's Extra Deck on the End Phase.
  • Jaden uses this card in his duel against Axel Brodie. It is summoned by returning "Neos" and "Flare Scarab" to his Deck. Since there were five Spell/Traps on the field, this card gained 2000 ATK. Jaden then attacks directly, but Axel activates "Burial from a Different Dimension" to return his three banished Pyro-types to his Graveyard. This in turn causes this card's ATK to decrease to 4100. Axel then banished a "Volcanic Shell" to activate the effect of "Firewall", negating this card's attack. After "Avian"'s attack is negated by "Firewall", Jaden uses "Contact Out" to defuse this card back into "Neos" and "Flare Scarab".
  • Jaden uses this card in his Tag Duel with Alexis against two Obelisk Blue students. Jaden summons it by returning "Neos" and "Flare Scarab" to his Deck. Jaden then activated "Neo Space" which gave this card 500 more ATK. Jaden then plays "H - Heated Heart" to increase this card's ATK by 500 until the End Phase and give this card the ability to do Piercing Damage until the End Phase. Jaden then uses "Gift of the Martyr" to send "Cyber Angel Benten" to the Graveyard and increase this card's ATK by "Benten"'s ATK. Since there were three Spell/Traps on the field, this card's effect increased its ATK by 1200. Jaden then has this card attack "Stone Statue of the Aztecs" equipped with "Mist Body" with the latter preventing "Stone Statue"'s destruction, however this card then inflicted Piercing Damage to Jaden and Alexis's opponents due to "H - Heated Heart"'s effect. Since Jaden and Alexis's opponents' Life Points had hit 0 due to this card's attack, Jaden and Alexis won the duel.
  • Jaden uses this card in his second duel against Dr. Crowler. Jaden summons it by returning "Neos" and "Flare Scarab" to his Deck. Jaden then equips this card with "Instant Neo Space" to prevent this card from returning to the Extra Deck during the End Phase. With three Spells/Traps out, this card gains 1200 ATK. This card then destroys one of Crowler's "Ancient Gear Golems". This card is then attacked by "Ultimate Ancient Gear Golem", but Jaden banishes "Necro Gardna" to negate the attack. Crowler then activates "Desperado Battle" to decrease his "Ultimate Ancient Gear Golem"'s ATK by 1000 until the End Phase and allow it to attack again. This in turn causes this card's ATK to decrease to 3300 since a Spell/Trap left the field. "Ultimate Ancient Gear Golem" then destroys this card.
  • Jaden uses this card in his Duel against Taigo Sorano. Jaden summons it by returning "Neos" and "Flare Scarab" to his Deck. With two Spell/Traps out, this card gains 800 ATK. This card then destroys "Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8", thus allowing Jaden to play Spells again. Jaden then uses "Contact Out" to defuse this card back into "Neos" and "Flare Scarab".
  • This card's attack is Flare Finale in the English dub.
