"Doppel-ganger":

After Sugoroku Mutou lost to Seto Kaiba in the manga, he was given an artificial Penalty Game, where a number of holographic monsters, including Doppel-ganger attacked him.

Doppel-ganger appeared in the board game in volume 3 of the manga. This is the first place it was named.
