- Seto Kaiba used this card during his Duel against Noah Kaiba. He activates this card to grant "Different Dimension Dragon" and "Twin-Headed Thunder Dragon" the ability to inflict Piercing damage (NOTE: In the anime, "Twin-Headed Thunder Dragon" was a Dragon-Type monster.). When "Different Dimension Dragon" destroyed "Giant Rex", Noah took Piercing Damage because of this card. Before Kaiba could deal the final blow with his "Twin-Headed Thunder Dragon", Noah used Mokuba as a shield, forcing him to call off his attack and end his turn. On the End Phase, the effect of this card wears off.
- In episode 148, this card is seen among piles of cards in Rex's fantasy when he thinks the reason why Pegasus invited Yugi and his friends was because he wanted to give them rare cards just for them.
- Rebecca Hawkins set this card during her duel with Leon von Schroeder, but doesn't activate it. Rebecca planned to activate this card on her next turn to give her "Diamond Head Dragon" the ability to inflict Piercing damage. Rebecca did not have a chance to activate it, as Leon used his "Thorn Princess"'s effect to take control of her "Diamond Head Dragon" and then he used the latter to attack Rebecca directly, winning him the Duel.

- Trueman sets this card during his third Duel with Jaden Yuki, but doesn't activate it. Trueman planned to activate this card on his next turn to give "Five-Headed Dragon" the ability to inflict Piercing damage. He did not have a chance to activate it, as Jaden used "Elemental Hero Neos"(strengthened with the effect of "Honest") to win the Duel by having it destroy "Five-Headed Dragon".
