* In [[Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's]] [[Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's - Episode 009|episode 9]], [[Mr. Armstrong]] used this card in his Ground Duel against [[Yusei Fudo]]. He then uses this card's effect to equip it to "[[The Kick Man]]" equipped with "[[Stim-Pack]]", decreasing the ATK and DEF of "The Kick Man" by 800. "[[Iron Chain Repairman]]" then destroys "The Kick Man". This in turn destroys this card too. The effect of this card then activates, forcing Yusei to send cards from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard equal to the Level of "The Kick Man". Since the latter was Level 3, Yusei is forced to send three cards from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard. In the same episode, another copy of this card can be seen in Armstrong's hand. In [[Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's - Episode 010|the next episode]], Mr. Armstrong Summons a second copy to the field. He then used "[[Iron Chain Repairman|Iron Chain Repairman's]]" effect to revive the copy in his Graveyard. Later Armstrong Tributed one copy of this card to activate "[[Iron Chain Blaster|Iron Chain Blaster's]] effect, inflicting damage to Yusei equal to the ATK of this card. Armstrong then revives the Tributed copy with "[[Iron Chain Repairman|Iron Chain Repairman's]]" effect. Armstrong then activates this card's first effect to equip it to "The Kick Man" and decrease its ATK and DEF of by 800. "Iron Chain Repairman" then attacks and destroys "The Kick Man". "Iron Chain Repairman" then inflicts 300 damage to Yusei.
