In episode 145, Adrian Gecko uses this card during his duel against Aster Phoenix. When "Exodius the Ultimate Forbidden Lord" attacks "Destiny HERO - Plasma", Aster activates "Plasma Discharger" to destroy the "Destiny HERO - Departed" equipped onto "Destiny HERO - Plasma" and end the Battle Phase, however Adrian activates this card to negate the effect of "Plasma Discharger" and continue with his winning move.

In episode 149, this card is shown in a flashback Adrian has when he remembers obtaining Exodia and sacrificing Echo to do so.
