- This card was used by Alister (disguised as Pegasus) in his duel against Kaiba (Yu-Gi-Oh! - Episode 149).
- Kaiba had prevented Alister's "Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon" from attacking with "Negate Attack", so Alister used "Toon Roll-Back" to go back to his Main Phase 1. Since this card will not allow him to attack with his "Dragon" again, he sacrificed "Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon" to Special Summon "Toon Dark Magician Girl" who then attacked Kaiba directly and dealt 2000 points of damage.
