A: Even if you are performing a Link Summon using the effect of "World Legacy Awakens", you can apply the effect of a "Micro Coder" in your hand and use it as a material.

A: Since a monster declared by "Prohibition" cannot be used as material for a Special Summon, if "Micro Coder" was declared, you cannot apply the effect of one in your hand and use it as a material.
