* This card can be [[Searcher|searched]] by "[[Triple Tactics Thrust]]", "[[Endymion, the Mighty Master of Magic]]", and other [[List of generic searchers#Spells|generic searchers]].
* Use this card in an "[[Infernity]]" Deck to put more "Infernity" [[monster]]s into your hand, make your hand count zero for "Infernity" monsters' effects, or to use the effect of "[[Infernity Necromancer]]".
* Special Summon the [[banish]]ed [[DARK]] monster back with "[[Escape from the Dark Dimension]]".
* "[[D.D.R. - Different Dimension Reincarnation]]" can be used to return the banished monster. This card works well especially with high [[Level]] monsters such as "[[Dark Magician of Chaos]]".
* Banish "[[D.D. Scout Plane]]" to draw 2 cards and get a monster on the field during the [[End Phase]], for an overall +1 in [[card advantage]].
* Most "[[Forbidden One]]"/"[[Exodia]]" Decks use 3 copies of "[[Battle Fader]]", so if there is no need for one of them, then this card can be used for draw power, while not having to risk banishing or losing any of the "Exodia" limbs.
