"Amulet of Ambition":

Use this card on "Atlantean Pikeman" as it is the most powerful Level 2 Normal Monster.

You can also use this card with "Demotion" to lower the level of a stronger Normal Monster, or further increase the ATK boost received by the equipped monster.
