Card Tips:Blazewing Butterfly
- This card can be Special Summoned using "Birthright".
- This card can be searched via "Sangan", "Last Will", "Witch of the Black Forest", "Howling Insect" and "UFO Turtle".
- Use Foolish Burial to put a Gemini Monster in the graveyard and then use the effect of this card to get back the monster.
- Use "Foolish Burial" to put a "Tuned Magician" in the Graveyard when you have this card and a "Supervise" in hand. You can summon it, equip "Supervise", tribute it to Summon "Tuned Magician" with its effect, and bring back "Blazewing" with the effect of "Supervise" allowing you to Synchro Summon a Level 8 Synchro Monster like "Black Brutdrago".
- Use Foolish Burial to put Gigaplant in the graveyard to summon with this card, then use Gigaplant to bring it right back. With a means of activating it again such as "Supervise" or "Superalloy Beast Raptinus" this can result in field swarming.
- Use "Birthright" or "Symbols of Duty" to bring this back and second summon it then bring back a better gemini monster with its effect and no penalty from symbols or birthright
- Use "Swing of Memories" or "Silent Doom" to Special Summon this card. Then activate "Supervise" to gain its effect. Then when you tribute this card you can get two Gemini Monsters from your Graveyard and still Normal Summon (usually for the monster Special Summoned by "Supervise").
- There is an OTK involving this card. You need Future Fusion,Exodius the Ultimate Forbidden Lord, Double Summon, 2 Blazewing Butterfly, and a Unleash Your Power! in your hand and at least a monster card in the graveyard. Summon Exodius the Ultimate Forbidden Lord.Use Future Fusion to dump 2 Phoenix Gearfried. Use Double Summon and summon 2 Blazewing Butterfly, use Unleash Your Power! and treat them as effect monster. Tribute both Blazewing Butterfly and special summon 2 Phoenix Gearfried from the graveyard. Along with 2 Phoenix Gearfried 5600, and Exodius 2000+1000(activate Exodius effect when declares an attack, dump a Gemini monster or a Normal Monster), you will be able to do 8600 damage. 2800+2800+2000+1000=8600
