- If all cards in your hand are Dark World monsters whose effect activate when they are discarded from the hand to the Graveyard by a card effect, you'll get two benefits for the price of one. Not only do you get the effect of the card (whether it'd be Special Summoning them to the field or drawing one card), you have negated your opponent's card effect, all for 1000 Life Points.
- If you can try to set/summon all cards that do not have a Secondary Dark World effect, so that you will get a devastating effect no matter what.
- This is a good way of activating "Reign-Beaux, Overlord of Dark World"'s, "Goldd, Wu-Lord of Dark World"'s, and "Sillva, Warlord of Dark World"'s effects.
- The card Blessings of the Nile can be used to make Dark Deal's cost essentially nothing.
- This card can also be helpful in Zombie decks that contain monsters such as Despair from the Dark, as it allows you to bring it to the field without offering a tribute.
- This card can be used to discard cards such as Elephant Statue of Blessing or Elephant Statue of Disaster to inflict or gain a signifigant amount of Life Points.
- Even if you find yourself without Dark World monsters, this card can still be useful to counter an opponent's game-breaking normal spell card, although it will cost you 1000 LP and a discard
