- Use high-level, easy-to-summon monsters for this card's effect. "Metal Reflect Slime" is the prime combination of high level and ease of summon.
- Use Advanced Ritual Art to Ritual Summon Demise, King of Armageddon by sending 2 Mechanicalchaser, 2 Blocker, or 1 of each, and clear the field with Demise's effect. Then Normal Summon Black Salvo, use its effect to Special Summon one of the monsters sent by Advanced Ritual Art to Synchro Summon Dark Strike Fighter for an OTK (2400 + 2600 + 15*200=8000).
- Another OTK with this card involves Summon Priest and Rescue Cat. Use Summon Priest's effect to summon another one from your deck, and use that one's effect to summon a Rescue Cat from your deck. Then, Tribute the Rescue Cat and summon two X-Saber Airbellum from your deck. Tune the X-Sabers with your Summon Priest, and summon 2 "Dark Strike Fighters". Attack directly with both of them, then tribute both to win (assuming your opponent hasn't gained any Life Points ((2600+2600=5200)+(7*200+7*200=2800)=8000).
- By summoning "Black Salvo" and use its effect to get a level 4 DARK Machine monster you could synchro summon this card.
- This card fits in quite well with the Quillbolt Loop deck, by using it to Tribute "Quillbolt Hedgehog".
- This card can be very useful in a Yubel Synchro deck, for a quick way to summon, reborn a "Doom Shaman" and use his effect to Special Summon "Sinister Sprocket".
- If you control this card and Yubel, use DNA Surgery and declare Machine to change Yubel into a machine-type monster, use Machine Duplication to summon 3 Yubels and tribute them all and this card to inflict 7400 points of damage. (2000x3)+1400=7400.
- If used in a Fish Synchro deck, this card can be used for an OTK if you also have "Superancient Deepsea King Coelacanth" on the field. Just attack with both of them directly and tribute both using "Dark Strike Fighter"'s effect for OTK by life point deduction.
