- Use this card to return your opponent's cards that are dangerous in the Graveyard, such as "Stardust Dragon", "Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode", "Necro Gardna", "Friller Rabca", "Destiny HERO - Malicious", "Mezuki", etc.
- Activate this card after your opponent target a monster(s) by the effect of "Monster Reborn", "Call of the Haunted", "Abyss-squall", "Salvage", "Pot of Avarice", etc so that the target will not be in the Graveyard when the card revolves and the card will fail.
- Use this card to counter "Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon", by returning to the Deck the Dragon-Type monster REDMD targeted to Special Summon.
- This card works very well against a deck that requires specific monsters in its Graveyard, such as Synchron Decks, Tele-DAD, or Monarch Swarm.
- Use this card on a "Dark Necrofear" or similar Special Summon-only monsters that depend on certain number of cards, to force them to pay the cost to summon them again.
- This also stops "Helpoemer"'s effect that forces your discard while he's in the grave. This could also be chained to Frogs, such as "Treeborn Frog" or "Ronintoadin" which bring themselves back from the grave.
- This can be used as an alternative to "D.D. Crow" or "Disappear" if you or your opponent has an "Imperial Iron Wall" on the field. The card will be sent back to the deck and have to be searched out again to be used again.
- You can combine this card with "Transmigration Break".
- This card can be used to stop the Special Summoning of "Wulf, Lightsworn Beast".
- This card makes an excellent counter to "Grapha, Dragon Lord of Dark World", as it not only thickens the opponent's deck, but also makes it more difficult for the opponent to revive it.
