- A good card to choose would be "Xyz Soul", since your Xyz Monster may not be too far off from going to the Graveyard, and then you can use it to power up your own monsters, and return it back to your Extra Deck.
- Another good card to add would be "Xyz Reborn", again, due to having a Xyz Monster on the field, it will give you a means of reviving it and replenishing its Xyz Material when it is sent to the Graveyard.
