- This card can be searched via "Swallow's Nest", "Divine Wind of Mist Valley", "Summoner Monk", "Soul Rope", "Resonator Engine", "Flying Kamakiri #1" and "Sangan".
- Special Summon monsters like "Solar Wind Jammer", "Cyber Dragon", "Vice Dragon", or anything similar, then Normal Summon this card to easily get a Rank 4 Xyz Monster.
- This card can help in Synchro Summoning "Shooting Quasar Dragon" or "T.G. Halberd Cannon".
- Seems as though all Heraldic Beast monsters are WIND attribute, you can use "Bernard's Falcon" and Heraldic Beast Aberconway in a Dark Simorgh deck or any other WIND-based deck.
- You can steal your opponent's monsters that are Level 5 or higher with cards, such as Mind Control, and Summon this card, and then Xyz Summon with those two monsters or whatever ways they can be used for.
- You use "Give and Take" to revive this card to your opponent's field to disrupt your opponent's non-Rank 4 Xyz Summons.
- You can even follow up this combo on the next turn by taking one of your opponent's monsters, besides this card if possible, with Mental Corruption since most of your monsters are Level 4, if you play a "Heraldic" deck.
