"Infernity Randomizer":

Use in "The Creator" decks to make up for the "Creator's" cost when you have 0 cards in hand and with similar monsters that need 1 card to be discarded to activate their effect.

Use "Foolish Burial" to place a high level monster, such as the "Yubels", "Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon", "Vennominaga the Deity of Poisonous Snakes", "Wicked Gods", "Sacred Beasts" Etc. to the Graveyard. Then use "Cyber Valley", "A Feather of the Phoenix" or "Emperor Sem", ("Feather" and "Cyber Valley" can be used to achieve the zero card hand limit) to ensure massive damage to you opponent by returning the high level monster to the top of the deck.

Trying to combine this card with "Infernity Archfiend" is a bad idea, since the effect damage from "Randomizer" will cause "Archfiend's" special summon effect to miss its timing.

You can combine the effect of "Infernity Randomizer" with the effect of "Dark Tinker" so you can know to use the effect or not.
