- This is useful against decks that can often "deck out" themselves, like Lightsworns.
- Use Big Bang Shot, Fairy Meteor Crush or Dragon's Rage to consistently Mill your opponent's Deck.
- This card can easily be summoned with Debris Dragon, as most level 2 monsters have low attack that fits his reviving effect, like Totem Dragon.
- Use this card with "Coffin Seller" to inflict additional 600 damage to your opponent when this card inflicts damage. Also, if you have "Dark Room of Nightmare" to inflict 1200 damage.
- You can easily Synchro Summon this monster with Marauding Captain's effect, first Normal Summon Marauding Captain, then Special Summon Tune Warrior or another level 3 Tuner monster.
- You can use any or all of the burn methods above (Skull Invitation/Coffin Seller/Paralyzing Chain) and combine them with 1 or more Dark Room of Nightmares to inflict a decent amount of damage, at the very least.
- This also works well in banishing deck as you can effectively lock your opponent off from important cards to their strategy.
