- This can can Tribute Summon with one Tribute using "Flame Ruler"
- This card can be searched via "Witch of the Black Forest".
- "Black Ptera" may be used as a Tribute repeatedly, as it returns to the owner's hand. Combined with "Ultimate Offering", this can be done many times per turn.
- summon Babycerasaurus while you have this card on on the field then tribute Babycerasaurus with this cards effect then special summon Black Ptera and tribute that. when combined with Ultimate Offering this creates a possible OTK (by ali)
